May Wine 1 bottle each of: Strawberry Wine Any Fruity White Wine a few springs of Sweet Woodruff
Some people add sugar. I prefer the slightly spicy taste of the woodruff by itself. Strawberry wine is available at most wine stores. Try some from a local winery, if you can get it. Sweet Woodruff is available at most nurseries. It's great groundcover. It is reputed to be mildly narcotic, but I've noticed only that people drinking May Wine are inclined to feel a profound sense of the joy of living. May you feel that magic too.
Sinus Relief Herbal Tea 1 teaspoon each of: Yarrow blossoms Elder Blossoms Eucalyptus leaves Peppermint (or other mint) leaves
Blend in a teaball and steep for five minutes in very hot water, sip slowly and relax.
We feel all tea is better with honey and lemon, which have soothing and decongesting properties. For this tea, we also add a drop each of peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils to the honey. You can get benefits from any combination of these ingredients and additives and the beauty of herbal remedies is that proportions are seldom that criticcal, but this is the combination we use. As always, if you have any questions, please just send us an email and we will be happy to help you. These herbs should be available at any natural products store. I'm also pretty sure our friends at Seventh Street Gifts have them in stock. www.seventhstreetgifts.com
