Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping Charges are calculated automatically when you order from us. For U.S. orders, we charge $6.00 Shipping and Handling on all orders under $25.00, $8.00 on all orders between $25.00 and $49.99. All orders over $50.00 are shipped FREE to the continental U.S. If you need international shipment, we will contact you about supplemental shipping charges.
Kentucky Sales Tax: If your order will be shipped to Kentucky, 6% Kentucky Sales Tax is calculated automatically when you order from us.
Shipping Policies: We check our email several times a day and will try to ship all orders on in stock items within 48 hours of receipt. We ship by U.S.P.S. priority mail. We will send an email when we ship with estimates on expected time to receipt.
Out of Stock Items: We try to have adequate stock of all items, but cannot always anticipate demand. If an item is out of stock, we will try to post that information on its product page immediately. If you order an out of stock item, we will notify you by email as soon as we discover it (within 24 hours) letting you know when we expect it to be in stock and allowing you to cancel that portion of your order or order a substitute.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an item upon receipt, we will happily exchange it. We are not in a position to offer refunds on opened items.
